What is the typical lead time for delivery?
Most in-stock flooring and door orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Depending on your location, delivery typically takes between 3 to 7 business days.
Do you offer professional installation services?
Newland Floors and Doors is a specialist supplier. While we do not provide in-house installation, we can recommend a network of certified local contractors to assist with your project.
Can I request samples before making a full purchase?
Yes, we highly recommend ordering samples. You can order up to three flooring samples for a small shipping fee to ensure the color and texture match your home's aesthetic.
What is your return policy for over-ordered materials?
We accept returns on unopened, undamaged packs of flooring within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Are your wood products sustainably sourced?
Absolutely. We are committed to environmental responsibility. All our timber products are FSC or PEFC certified, ensuring they come from responsibly managed forests.
How do I know if a door is right-handed or left-handed?
To determine the handing, stand in the doorway with your back to the hinges. If the door opens to your right, it is right-handed; if it opens to your left, it is left-handed.
