At Newland Floors and Doors, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your flooring or door selection isn't the perfect fit for your home, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number and the specific items you wish to return for authorization.

  Prepare Your Items

  Carefully repackage your flooring planks or doors in their original, unopened boxes to ensure they are protected from damage during transit.

  Arrange Transportation

  Schedule a pickup with your preferred carrier or use our discounted shipping labels to send the products back to our central distribution warehouse.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
