Is Standard Skirting Right for Your Room?

Before choosing, consider the following:

• Room height: Best suited to ceiling heights of 2.5 m or lower
• Furniture placement: Check that any furniture planned against the wall accommodates a 6.1 cm skirting board
• Obstructions: Ensure no elements extend lower than 6.1 cm from the floor, including door or window mouldings
• Wall finish: Suitable where the wall finish is of sufficient quality up to 6.1 cm from the floor

 

A Perfect Match for Your Floor

The Standard Skirting Board is available in the same finish and colour as your Floorify floor. If a Floorify floor is already in your basket, we will match it automatically. If ordering separately, simply add a note with your chosen Floorify colour and finish at checkout.

Easy Installation

Measure and cut the skirting to the required length using a jigsaw or fixed saw blade. Mitres can be cut with the same tools or a dedicated mitre saw. Apply suitable mounting glue or solid silicone sealant to the MDF backing and press firmly against the wall for a secure, lasting bond.
