Ultrafloor Level It Flex Flow 20kg - Fibre Reinforced, Flexible Smoothing Underlayment

UltraFloor Level IT Flex Flow is a single part, fibre reinforced flexible smoothing compound designed to level and prepare subfloors for a variety of floor coverings. Its advanced formulation combines high specification cements, micro fibres, graded fillers and additives with a pre-gauged polymer liquid, providing durability and flexibility in one easy-to-use product.

Suitable for depths between 2mm and 10mm, Flex Flow is ideal for subfloors that require a semi-rapid, resilient levelling solution. The fibre reinforcement adds strength, helping reduce cracking and improving overall floor performance, making it perfect for both domestic and commercial applications.

With low odour, protein free and moisture tolerant properties, this compound is also compatible with underfloor heating systems. It can be walked on after around 120 minutes, ready for bonded floor coverings after 4 hours, and suitable for resin finishes after 24 hours. Flex Flow is even strong enough to support fork lift traffic in 24 hours, and can be used as a finished wear surface where required.
