UltraFloor Level IT Hydra Bond is a high performance, single part smoothing compound designed to prepare a wide range of subfloors before installing new floor coverings. This semi rapid levelling compound can be applied directly over challenging surfaces such as old adhesive residues and bitumen, making it a versatile choice for refurbishment and renovation projects.

Formulated with innovative Envirobead technology, Hydra Bond contains 20% recycled material, helping reduce environmental impact while improving application and flow. The advanced cement and polymer blend provides excellent workability, allowing the compound to spread smoothly across the surface for a consistent finish.

This moisture tolerant, low odour and protein free smoothing compound is suitable for most common subfloors and is also designed for use with underfloor heating systems. With an extended working time of around 45 minutes, it offers greater flexibility during installation while maintaining strong levelling performance.

UltraFloor Level IT Hydra Bond can typically receive bonded floor coverings after around 4 hours, helping speed up flooring installations.
