UltraFloor Patch IT is a rapid drying, cement-based repair mortar designed for internal floor and wall applications. Its slump-free formulation makes it ideal for repairing small cracks, filling holes, levelling concrete stair edges, and creating coves or ramps with precision.

The fast setting and hardening properties allow quick repairs without losing the original profile, and its smooth trowelling consistency ensures an even, professional finish. Patch IT is suitable for subfloor repairs before applying smoothing compounds or floor coverings.

Suitable for repairs from 1mm to 20mm, it has an open time of around 10 minutes and sets in approximately 30 minutes, helping you complete repairs efficiently. Coverage is approximately 3.2m² at 2mm thickness.
