Ultrafloor Prime It Grit 5Ltr - Non-Absorbent Floor Primer

UltraFloor Prime IT Grit is a ready to use, fast drying primer designed to improve adhesion on smooth and non absorbent subfloors. It creates a textured surface that helps smoothing compounds, levelling compounds and tile adhesives bond securely to the substrate.

This high performance primer is ideal for use on difficult surfaces such as flooring grade asphalt, bitumen, steel, existing vinyl tiles, ceramic tiles and porcelain. By creating a strong bonding layer, Prime IT Grit provides extra confidence when installing new flooring over hard, non porous materials.

The primer is coloured green for easy identification during application and dries rapidly, allowing smoothing compounds or tile adhesives to be applied in as little as 15 minutes. This helps speed up subfloor preparation and keeps flooring installations moving efficiently.
