Ultrafloor Prime it 5Ltr - Multi-Surface Primer

UltraFloor Prime IT Multi-Surface Primer is a high performance, water based acrylic primer designed to prepare subfloors before applying smoothing compounds and levelling underlayments. Suitable for both porous and non-porous substrates, this versatile primer improves adhesion and helps create the ideal surface for a professional flooring installation.

This moisture tolerant primer works as a primer, sealer and bonding aid, helping smoothing compounds bond effectively while reducing the risk of pinholing. It can also be used as a curing agent, making it a reliable choice for a wide range of flooring preparation projects.

UltraFloor Prime IT is suitable for use before installing engineered wood flooring, laminate flooring, luxury vinyl tiles and other floor coverings where a smooth, stable subfloor is essential.

For porous surfaces, apply one coat diluted at 3:1 followed by a second coat at 1:1 dilution. For non-porous surfaces, apply one coat of primer neat.
